Unable to connect

Malformed data

No help by the customer service. The channel just stopped working, I didn't do anything. I am a retired person who was enjoying the channel with my spouse and now nothing. The first phone call they said it was my fault, then I called back and the woman was trying to be helpful but because I have no clue about the problem she tried, and I was lost. If it a problem with there service then i don't understand why they cannot fix it there.

This is just silly! You should be able to cancel much easier!!!!

Well, I started going on line to cancel my membership and then I was transferred to a "tech. person", I thought. I filled in the info on the page and sent it and then starterd looiking at it mmore and realized they were charging me $2.00 to cancel!!

disney channel will not stay logged in it keeps asking for password , real pain in the *** , iv fixed the problem four times and it still does it.!!!

Because no one you can speak with. That is terrible service a service that I will not be paying for any longer.

Disney the biggest company I know. Has no customer service crazy if you ask me. Ridiculous also especially if you really need to speak with someone

Customer dissatisfaction.

Pop up window will not go away and stay away on Disney TV. Customer Service want to send me to. Pay web site instead of Disney technical support fixing the ongoing trouble.

User's recommendation: The quality of Disney TV technical support / Customer Service has dropped to 1 Star. My Internet TV provider couldn’t make the fix to last so now they blame Disney TV App.

I have a Code 42 it's been there since three days I have not seen nothing at all today I decided to call up see what's wrong with it if any problems I would like to unlimited Disney Channel if this keeps on. Thank you for your attention and I hope you and from you soon

Can't login

I can't see to login to Disney, keeps giving me an error message. No one is answering the phone and I can't login.
