One of your technicians scammed me

I could not log into my account and he told me to go to Amazon Walmart and I did and when I went to Walmart, he told me to put in my card number but it wouldnt charge me for $100 for a e Card but it charged my account $100 and they took it out and the e Card was not any good so I was scammed out of $100 so Im on it fixed or Im gonna cancel all my *** Im sorry but thats the truth

Having to Pay for Channels

Good day! first off I see that Disney has removed some channels from Spectrum including National Geographic, Disney Junior, SEC ESPN, and Fox Movies -these and more that myself and family watch. I have three young kids who are big Disney, Disney channel and National Geographic fans. It is very, very disappointing to see this. As big of a giant the corporation is and stooping to this level to have customers, little guy, PAY MORE money. you haven't made enough? what in the world is the motivation? I hope this resolution is handled in a manner that it does not become a 1 sided corporate selfish move -we have gone to Disneyland (1x), Disney World (4x), and even the one in Japan (1x). We have spent nearly $9000.00. Just to show you I am solid to my word, I, WE will NOT EVER and I mean EVER spend one more red cent to purchase anything related to Disney -I have done this to other businesses that false advertise, or charge different amounts for the same thing at restaurants and retail stores. as a result, they too have lost my business and any positive word of mouth. I may be one family, but I can quickly spread unfavorable words to my many, many friends. You decide. I hope to hear back from you with positive words of encouragement. Thank you in advance. Larry

  • Educational and fun for kids and family members

Preferred solution: as a spectrum paid customer, I don't feel it is necessary to pay for educational tv. as much money as we have put into the entertainment going to the disney parks (domestic and international)

You raised the price again this is for kids. How many poor kids can't ever watch because they can't afford it. I loved this channel but good bye. Unless it's 5.98 a month like all my other streaming. Keep it.

Gummy bear, tails pin and duck tales
